Rachel Wordes is to perform an organ recital at Dordt
The 小黄书 Music Department is hosting an organ recital by senior Rachel Wordes on Friday, November 5, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium. The recital is free, and a public reception will follow.
Louis Vierne鈥檚 fast and exciting 鈥淐arillon No. 21鈥 will open the recital, followed by a more subdued 鈥淧assacaglia鈥 by Buxtehude. The recital will also feature a Bach 鈥淧raeludium鈥 and will conclude with all four movements of Bo毛llmann鈥檚 鈥淪uite Gothique,鈥 ending with the iconic 鈥淭occata.鈥
